Who we are

Freelancing re-defined: We understand your needs and that is why we do things differently.

Who we are and what we do:

  • Centila is an innovative provider of information technology services and related human resources. We primarily provide IT experts in the form of freelance. Permanent placement is an option in particular conditions.

How we do it:

  • We are young, dynamic and agile. Our approach to freelancing and to the search for human resources is both pragmatic as well as human and individual.
  • What makes us unique is our international experience combined with features such as deep IT expertise, coaching, and mentoring.
  • We have a vision and a clearly defined goal: To fully maximize the added values for all parties involved; the client, the freelancer, and us. Our specific approach makes our candidates better and our clients more satisfied.

Our team

Our team makes us a unique company as we are not HR specialists but people directly from the IT industry. In the management of our company we managed to combine skills such as IT expertise, individual work with people and personal experience directly from the freelancing world in Slovakia and abroad.
